About My Practice:
As a teen, I worked with my own therapist (shoutout to Cheryl), whose support inspired me to enter this field. I know how important it is to have a safe space and a trusted person who can help you navigate challenges, offer new perspectives, and teach practical coping skills.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2020 and have been providing therapeutic services ever since. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Oregon. I specialize in anxiety—panic attacks, generalized anxiety, phobias (including needles), social anxiety, OCD, food anxiety, performance and testing anxiety, fear of vomiting, and more. My experience across college, community, and medical settings has also prepared me to support children, teens, young adults, and parents with concerns such as depression, suicidality, self-harm, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, family conflict, motivation issues, life transitions, chronic illness, and other stressful life experiences.
I’m not a “stuffy” therapist. So expect real conversations and authenticity with support from evidence-based practices to help you show up exactly as you are.

Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)
